About the Raton Art & Humanities Council

Our mission is to encourage and strengthen the cultural life of the area, providing residents, whether trained or untrained in the arts, with opportunities for artistic participation, self-expression, education and enjoyment.

Located in the historic Old Pass Gallery, a former railroad building, the Raton Arts & Humanities Council hosts fine arts in its gallery year-round and sponsors a popular performing arts series in the Shuler Theater.
