Our Mission Statement:
The Raton Chamber of Commerce is here to:
- Develop and encourage the association and cooperation of persons having a common interest in the development of business within the Raton community for the purpose of promoting their common business interest by the improvement of business conditions with the community.
- To establish representation in the political process to the extent permitted by an organization qualified for exemption from tax under Section 501(c)(4) and 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code.
- In accordance with the foregoing, to promote tourism, commercial development and industrial development.

- Great quarterly membership meeting today at the Sands Restaurant. Mayor Neil Segotta and Interim City Manager Scott Berry were the guest speakers. We also welcomed our new board members, and heard about upcoming events at NRA Whittington Center and Sugarite Canyon State Park. MCMC was congratulated on becomin a Critical Access hospital, an important designation that will benefit our community. A new business survey that was developed by the Chamber, Raton MainStreet, and GrowRaton! will be available online at www.raton.info/ this Friday. Please give us your opinions.

Raton Chamber of Commerce said… The Community Alliance consisting of Raton Chamber of Commerce, Raton MainStreet, and GrowRaton held a meet and greet for our new City Manager at the Sweet Shop. Several community leaders, business owners, commissioners, and individuals attended the function to welcome Jeff Condrey to Raton. Mayor Neil Segotta introduced Mr. Condrey who spoke to the crowd. Mr. Condrey, who grew up in Gallup, New Mexico brings a thorough knowledge of city management to his position and is excited to be a part of our community.
